It’s all about reducing your food intake and increasing your calorie output (via exercise) = so that it results in a “nett loss” on a daily basis. Do that over 6 months and you will certainly experience the same effect.
Start by taking only 3 quarters of what you normally eat. When your body has adjusted to that, reduce it again gradually. Obviously, what you eat is also important. Avoid sugar and reduce carbohydrates. Accompany that regular exercise. Listen to your body & monitor your progress carefully. You should lose that weight!
