The holiday season is dawning upon us. There will be a tendency to over-eat during this season. Here are 6 ways in which you can manage your diet during this period and stay healthy: 1) Eat only when you are hungry 2) Have a cup of water or a bowl of soup first 3) Use a reasonably sized plate 4) Greens first, meat second & grains last 5) Have some fruits if you take dessert 6) Take time to digest
