Good Food for Nice Skin…

Yesterday, I posted an article of how I lost weight naturally & permanently. One of the key points is the management of food consumption. As the saying goes – you are what you eat. In fact, what you eat will affect the state of your skin.

Here are some food types that will do good for your skin:

  • Salmon
  • Avocados
  • Kiwis
  • Papayas
  • Bananas
  • Leafy greens
  • Eggs
  • Soy
  • Pecans
  • Green Tea

Remember – you won’t see an improvement overnight. It’s about a diet that involves a good mix of these food types over a prolonged period of time.

Permanent weight loss involves a change in lifestyle and diet. Having good skin requires you to have a balanced diet with lots of such food types.
