Close to S$100B set aside to address economic recession caused by Covid-19 pandemic

There have been 3 announcements thus far by the Singapore Finance Minister regarding special budgets to prop up the Singapore economy during the Covid-19 pandemic. On Tuesday, 26 May 2020, he just announced a 4th Budget to help more workers and businesses affected by the recession.

In total, almost S$100B has been set aside to spur the Singapore economy. This includes rental rebates, training subsidies, technology adoption incentives, etc. Hopefully, all these will result demand created and spin off many positive business activities.
