Safe transition back to the gyms…

If you have not been exercising regularly or working out at home during Covid-19 lockdowns, it will not be wise for you to launch into the full workout routine you were used to prior the lockdowns. This is because it takes time for your body to adjust to the rigour and intensity. Launching too quickly into your previous levels of intensity may cause injuries.
