7 health benefits of durians…

Last year, I posted an article on the many different types of durians. I didn’t realise that this fruit is full of vitamins and health benefits, even though it is considered very “heaty”. Here are 7 health benefits of eating durians:

  • Makes you happy
  • Helps to regulate sleep
  • Controls blood pressure
  • Excellent source of energy
  • Improves bone health
  • Gives good skin
  • Increases sex drive

Just remember not to take this fruit in excess. Brush your teeth, scrap your tongue and drink lots of water after eating it. Enjoy!
