Staying strong against colds and flus

Here’s some good advice on how you can stay strong against colds and flus. Some of the suggestions include eating green vegetables, getting vitamin D, having enough sleep, drinking green tea, having good hygiene practices, etc.

I think this is a good reminder especially during this period of the Covid-19 pandemic.
