You should be seeing planes and not trucks on an airport runway. The border crossing between the UK and France was closed due to fears of the new COVID-19 strain from the UK spreading to France. This caused hundreds of trucks to be stranded waiting to cross the border for their deliveries. The trucks are seen in this picture parked on the runway at Manston airport, south east England.
