There is no need for fad diets to detox your body. Your body detoxes itself. Having fad diets could result in weight gain after you stop them, especial if they are not sustainable. What your body needs is just some support in our daily routines as it detoxes itself. This article tells you how, eg. Drinking some green tea, reducing eating window, etc. Very good read.
