It should be a no brainer. You are what you eat, as the saying goes. Our body processes what we eat and assimilates what is not toxic.
If we put on weight, we do not just see increase in our waistlines, it will be correspondingly spread across our entire body and seen even under our chins. But this professor wanted to see how it impacts our brains. Hence, he ate junk food for a month to document the before & after image of his brain.
